Oblicore and Sogeti USA collaborate to offer organizations effective service level management solution

Oblicore, Inc., a provider of software that allows organizations to meet Service Level Agreements more often and more efficiently, today announced that it is collaborating with Sogeti USA LLC to offer effective Service Level Management (SLM) solutions to businesses and public-sector organizations throughout the U.S. Sogeti, a leading provider of IT services and a wholly owned subsidiary of Cap Gemini SA, will now deliver Oblicore's Guarantee™ SLM solution as a part of its portfolio of IT consulting services and assist customers with product implementation initiatives.
