Preferred Investment Size and Stage
Our preferred investment size typically ranges from $1,000,000 to $4,000,000. The majority of our investments were carried out in the seed, first or second round stage, with reserves held to participate in follow-on rounds. Today PNV invests in later stage and growth stage companies. PNV acts as lead investor in the majority of its investments, but also participates as a co-investor in select syndicated investments alongside leading venture capital funds.

Our investment philosophy focuses on partnering with entrepreneurs who have the vision, character, and ambition needed to build exceptional companies. Our preference is to be the first institutional investor and utilize our network to bring maximum value to our portfolio companies. We put our emphasis on assisting entrepreneurs in building companies that seek to become leaders in their industry sectors.
