Prior to her position at PNV, Regina was a partner at Brightman, Almagor & Co., one of Israel\'s leading accounting firms and the local affiliate of Deloitte Touche. During her tenure with Deloitte Touche she oversaw several of the firm’s key accounts and was also responsible for the auditing of hi-tech companies and venture capital funds. Regina brings 16 years of managerial and operational experience in the various facets of auditing, with a strong orientation and keen understanding of the Hi-Tech industry. She holds an MBA, with a focus in Finance, from the and a BA in Accounting & Economics from Tel-Aviv University . Throughout her career Regina has lectured at Tel Aviv University\'s School of Accounting and several other academic institutions. Regina published various professional books and articles in the field of finance and accounting.

In parallel to her position at PNV, Regina serves as Chief Financial Officer of SFKT and the SFK Group.
