Ms. Shpindler joined PNV as Controller on May 2007.  She is responsible for all treasury and accounting-related issues at the Fund which includes all the Fund\\\'s financial matters, the various branches of the Israeli Tax Authority and distributions made to investors by the Fund. Ms. Shpindler also provides tax and other accounting guidance and supervision over the Fund\\\'s portfolio companies.  Ms. Shpindler is well experienced with public companies and assists with all matters of Corporate Governance (US GAAP; Sarbanes Oxley act 404; Budgeting; Auditing)

Prior to PNV, Ms. Shpindler served as Controller in PowerDsine, a Pioneer and leader in the field of POE (Power over Ethernet). PowerDsine was sold to Microsemi Corporation Inc. on October 2007 (Traded on NASDAQ: MSCC).   Prior to PowerDsine Ms. Shpindler served as  Controller in Aladdin Knowledge Systems , a global leader in the field of enterprise security and software digital rights management  (Traded on NASDAQ: ALDN).  Between 1999-2002 she was controller with Brooks-Keret LTD.- Outsourcing Accounting Services.

Ms. Shpindler received her B.A. in Management and C.P.A. from the College of Management in Israel.
